Acceptance

By using PetPal you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

PetPal's role

PetPal is an intermediary connecting customers with hotels/pet caregivers. Care of your pet is the responsibility of the hotel you choose. We screen partners but do not guarantee third-party services.

Bookings and payments

Room prices and terms are set by the hotel. Payments are processed through a secure provider. Cancellations/refunds follow the hotel's policy and what is stated in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to provide false information, to harm others, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetPal is not liable for indirect damages arising from a hotel's service or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited as allowed by law.
